|
Communication skills are important skills which doctors need to acquire in order to satisfy the patients and improve their relationship. The purpose of this article is to review communication skills education and introduce various education program of communication skills for premedical students. Self understanding of the personality analysis gives students the opportunity to improve communication skill. Non violent communication program and narrative interview are effective education programs for practicing of listening courteously and empathy. Communication skills in virtual community is considered to be essential education content. Finally, it is necessary to design a systematic curriculum of communication skills to be linked with medical communication.
